There has been a rewnewed interest in natural helping to our life because medicinal drugs are full of side effects and sometimes the doctor won’t pay for them either.

It’s a sad state where we can not turn to mother nature and ask her how to help us. Well we can. Curcumin and turmeric are one of nature’s helpers. They are known to help with inflammation problems and many more, sometimes serious ailments. I’m on a fact finding mission to work out what’s out their so you can make your own judgement.

In todays toxic world its is increasingly important to know the dangers of our processed food and the environment and how all that can effect our physical and emotional wellbeing.

My iPhone 4, which I’ve had for 8 months, has suddenly got a damn irritating problem .. the home button doesn’t work properly. Over the last week or so it’s got so bad that about 1 in 5 presses were working and I was becoming dead frustrated with it. So much so that a trip to the Apple Store 50Kms away was in order to see if they could fix it or get a new one .. but that’s a real PITA.

Then I discovered a fix…

and here’s how I fixed it… it’s so simple that it defies belief.

That’s it .. it was probably a bit of dust in the sensor. And a bit of physical activity on it sorted it out!

Saved me a trip to the Apple Store.


5 days on now .. and it’s still 100% responsive!

PS .. I take no responsibility for any damage to anything. I was careful to use flesh rather than a hard knee for example. And be careful of damaging the glass side.
