I brought my Shogun on a thursday morning (arranged with them prior to visit) and left it there during the day (a friend took me to work). I was to collect it late in the afternoon (16:30) - I chose this late time because of my work. I rang them at 3:00pm to check the progress and was suprised to be told that I could collect it anytime because it was already ready. I must say, the finish is excellent.
