Real Wealth and Real Success - Something to Aim For

I’ve been reading the Telegraph Business and saw this quote which I thought I’d share:
Real wealth and real success is about finding ways for other people to make money for you
It was from a guy who setup quite a few companies and then rather, than doing all the slog yourself, get people in who can help you out. Bit of a lesson here - don’t take on all the hard work yourself. Probably when you are starting up you are doing all the work - customer contact, the work itself, and the admin. The guy’s point was that to grow you need to do the smarter work and delegate to trust worthy people : that builds your business.
