Nothing was too much trouble, and even our perhaps basic questions were thoroughly explained and guidance given, where we asked for it.

We have been to big tile chains, and the difference is striking – a lot don’t care. Their staff are their just to do their 9-5 shift and not interested in tiles, they are just there to guide you to the right aisle. Mattonellla on the other hand, know their stuff inside out and it comes across that they love talking about it too.
